1Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kk8x website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services accessible at kk8x.io.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, welcome bonus, reload bonus, or other non-cashable promotional value credited to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing, or using any service provided by kk8x, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and all documents referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms take effect from the moment you complete the registration process or, if earlier, from the moment you begin using any part of the Platform. kk8x reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

3Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on kk8x. This requirement is strictly enforced. kk8x reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kk8x makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

3.3 Mental Capacity

You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing bets or making financial transactions on the Platform. kk8x accepts no liability for decisions made while a Player is impaired.

3.4 Self-Exclusion Status

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gambling are not permitted to register or use the Platform. 4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of kk8x services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active Account on kk8x. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kk8x reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances or bonus funds therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify kk8x support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on kk8x are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer will be credited in BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, with no currency conversion fees applied to BDT-denominated deposits.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

kk8x is committed to operating a safe and transparent platform. As part of this commitment, we carry out identity verification (KYC) checks in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards.

5.1 Documents Required

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and confirm ownership of your payment method:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits
• Bank account statement confirming ownership of any bank account used for deposits or withdrawals

5.2 Verification Timing

KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the Platform at kk8x's discretion. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.3 Failure to Verify

If you are unable or unwilling to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe, kk8x reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, withhold pending withdrawals, or close the Account entirely. Where fraud or misrepresentation is identified, kk8x will take appropriate action including reporting to relevant authorities.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kk8x accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set at ৳500 unless otherwise stated on the cashier page. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to check the cashier section for current limits before initiating a transaction.

6.3 Deposit Processing

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by kk8x are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence over this section.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who have completed registration and made their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the kk8x welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the wagering requirements and conditions set out in the welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual offer terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Uncompleted bonus funds will be removed from your Account upon expiry without notice.

7.5 Abuse of Promotions

kk8x reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or collusive bonus activity. This includes but is not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, and systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

8Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on kk8x are supplied by independently audited third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Random number generators (RNGs) used in these games are certified for fairness by recognised independent testing laboratories. kk8x does not modify the mathematical parameters of any game supplied by its providers.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, kk8x reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period and refund the staked amount to the player's Account. Game results produced by a malfunctioning system are considered null and void. kk8x will not honour winnings generated as a result of a software or hardware error.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other events — are governed by the specific market rules displayed on the relevant betting page. In the event of ambiguity, kk8x's trading team decision is final. Live in-play bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body.

8.4 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within seven (7) days of the relevant event by contacting [email protected] with full details of the transaction. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kk8x Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification
• Creating or using more than one Account, or allowing another person to use your Account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players or coordinating betting activity to guarantee outcomes or exploit promotions
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in games or the Platform to generate unearned winnings
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which gambling is prohibited by law
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kk8x staff or other players via support channels

12Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of kk8x.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk8x, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions or service interruptions
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Errors in odds or game results that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms

kk8x's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by kk8x's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14Termination

14.1 Termination by kk8x

kk8x reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if kk8x is required to do so by applicable law or regulation. Upon termination for cause, kk8x may forfeit any remaining balance or bonus funds in accordance with these Terms.

14.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of your request, kk8x will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method before closing the Account. Bonus funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that arose prior to the date of termination. Sections 5, 7.5, 9, 12, 13, and 15 of these Terms shall survive termination and continue to apply.

15Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the kk8x Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration.

kk8x operates its customer complaints procedure in good faith and will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes at the first point of contact. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
